Stephanie Pianka

Chief Financial Officer

Stephanie Pianka is the Foundation's Chief Financial Officer, responsible for fiscal strategy and financial operations. Prior to joining the Foundation, Stephanie was the SVP of Finance and Budget and Chief Financial Officer of New York University for seven years, where she was responsible for the University's global fiscal operations, $4 billion operating budget, $3 billion capital plan and the management of its retirement, pension, and working capital assets. Stephanie joined NYU in 2012 and held the office of Vice President, Financial Operations and University Treasurer until her promotion to CFO. Prior experience includes financial and operational leadership both domestically and in international business settings, both public and private, for small and very large, complex organizations. She earned her MBA from New York University and her BA in Computer Science from the State University of New York. Stephanie grew up in upstate New York and has been enjoying the Adirondacks and all its beauty since she was young. She is an avid triathlete and runner, a Director for the Phoenix Footwear Group, and a Director of the Rotary Club of Lake Placid.
