Jim is President of a private company that provides oxygen and home medical equipment services to veterans discharged from VA hospitals in the South and Midwest. He previously served as general counsel for Murray Devine, a valuation and financial services firm, and President of Logan Advisors, the outside manager of a $2.1 billion distressed debt fund. While still a practicing attorney, he was an associate and then partner at Noerr Stiefenhofer in Munich, Morrison Foerster in Washington, DC, and Duane Morris in his hometown of Philadelphia. He currently also serves on the boards of Delaware Valley Friends School and The Seagle Festival. Jim’s wife, Judy, is a retired schoolteacher and his two children are pursuing careers in the arts.
